The name Honey House Web Designs comes from
our own "Honey House", originally one of the old
Southern servant shacks on the great-grandfather's farmland.
The Honey House is now a family vacation home.

The house had fallen into disuse and had been closed up for a number of years.
In the 1970s, when the farm property was divided among the siblings, our family sought to update the structure of the home, adding an inside bathroom.

When opening up the house, local honeybees had built their hive
in the chimney of the house. The hive was so large,
honey dripped out bottom of the chimney,
onto the hearth and all over the floor.  Their dwelling overflowed their nest,
and filled the house with honey.

The hive was also so large and invasive that the actual structure
of the chimney's brickwork was expanded beyond repair, quite a feat
for small insects.

All becuase of their persistence, presence, and perseverance.

It is our goal that Honey House Designs will provide services for
